Mr. David Agyefi-Mensah
Mr. David Agyefi-Mensah (Board Chairman) is an Accounting and Finance Professional with over 16 years of experience supporting corporate organizations with financial analysis, reporting, auditing, and strategic planning.
He serves as Finance Manager at Sri Emas Limited, where he oversees overall financial administration and also serves as Finance Lead for major projects, including the OCTP SURF and GES projects with a combined contract sum of $600M USD.
He previously served as Finance and Admin Manager for Drill Masters Africa, where he successfully secured and managed a $5M facility from Barclays Bank, tripling company revenues from $5M to $15M in 18 months and held key accounting leadership roles across organizations such as Milani Ltd, Kintampo Health Research Institute, and Bogoso Golden Hotel.
Additionally, Mr. Agyefi-Mensah serves on the Boards of Belmet 7 Ltd, Lamens Investments Africa, and Promised Child School, and holds leadership roles as Executive Chairman of the Heavenly Jewels Chorale and the African Choral and Gospel Championship, and Chief Patron of the Winneba Youth Choir. He brings to the board extensive expertise in accounting systems implementation, cost control, regulatory compliance, and financial risk management.

Ms. Victoria Owusu (Nana Amonu Gyamfua Serwaa Bonsu – Toase Hemaa)
Mrs. Victoria Owusu (Vice Chairperson) is an experienced executive and broadcast manager with extensive leadership across the media and corporate sectors in Ghana and Nigeria. She holds a B.Ed (Hons) in English and Education from Rivers State College of Education (1988–1991), a Nigeria Certificate of Education (1984–1988), and completed her G.C.E. O' Level education at St. Louis Secondary School in Kumasi, Ghana (1976–1981).
Throughout her career, Victoria has served as General Manager of Adansi Communications Network Ltd (Shaft FM 98.1 FM, Obuasi) from April 2001 to August 2022, General Manager at Starcom Broadcasting Services (Spirit 88.3 FM, 2000–2001), Administrative and Traffic Manager at Imperial Broadcasting Company (Kapital 97.1 FM, Kumasi, 1997–1999), and Managing Director of Fashion Mania Nigeria Limited (1994–1995). Her earlier career includes serving as Public Relations Officer for Clemdee Chemicals Nigerian Ltd (1992–1994), acting as liaison with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).
Victoria brings extensive governance and board-level expertise, having served as Board Vice Chairperson of Akrofuom Community Bank, Executive Member (Secretary) of the Association of Rural Banks (Ashanti Chapter), Chairperson of the Obuasi Consumer Service Committee for the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC), Board Member and National Coordinator for Subayo Foundation Ghana, Parish Secretary at All Saints Anglican Church (Anyinam, Obuasi), and Member of the Obuasi Anglican Archdeaconry Projects Committee.

Mr. Emmanuel Aboagye Esq.
Mr. Emmanuel Aboagye (Board Member) is an experienced Legal Practitioner and Health Service Administrator with over 20 years of expertise in senior management positions.
He holds a B.L. / Certificate of Enrollment from the Ghana School of Law, Makola (2013), an LL.B from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (2010), and a Master of Business Administration in Health Service Administration from the University of Ghana, Legon (2002).
His educational background also includes a B.Ed in Health, Physical Education & Recreation (1997) and a Diploma in Biology (1997) from the University of Cape Coast, as well as professional teacher certification from Wesley College, Kumasi (1989).
Since 2013, Emmanuel has served as Managing Partner at Nkunim Chambers in Kumasi, managing diverse civil and criminal caseloads, providing corporate legal advice, and mentoring junior practitioners. Parallel to his legal practice, he served as a Health Service Administrator at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (2002–2025), directing clinical administration, supply chain procurement, and regulatory compliance. Earlier in his career, he worked as an educator under the Ghana Education Service (1986–1991).
Emmanuel brings significant corporate governance experience, having served as a Board Member of Akrofuom Community Bank (2021–2025), advising on legal regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and policy formulation. He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA) and the Association of Health Service Administrators of Ghana (AHSAG).

Mr. George K. Annor
Mr. George K. Annor (Board Member) is a seasoned banking professional and accountant with decades of leadership experience in branch operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
He holds a B.Sc in Accounting from the University of Ghana (2001), completed ICA Ghana Intermediate Parts A & B at the Institute of Professional Studies (IPS, 1985–1988), and completed both his GCE A-Level (1983) and GCE O-Level (1981) education at Okuapeman Secondary School.
Throughout his banking career, George spent nearly two decades as Branch Manager at ARB Apex Bank PLC (May 2002 – October 2021), supervising branch operations, managing treasury liquidity, ensuring prudential return accuracy, and liaising with Chief Executive Officers and shareholders of Rural and Community Banks (RCBs).
Prior to that, he served in operational and auditing roles at Capital Group (2000–2001) and Ghana Cooperative Bank (September 1989 – January 2000), where he handled accounting entries, audit reconciliation, and customer service operations.
Mr. Annor brings strong expertise in financial reporting, corporate governance for RCBs, asset management, and banking software applications such as R08.
